Abstract

Based on the SaaS mode, this paper solves business problems in enterprise’s information management and the electronic commerce, and it gives some good ideas on restructuring the B2B2C business processes based on value chain value-added services. SMEs can quickly realize e-commerce business though the professional logistics services provided by SaaS operators.
