Abstract

The first event organized by the Society was the 3rd Kuala Lumpur International Conference on Biomedical Engineering (Biomed 2006) on December 11-14th, 2006. The conference was also co-organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Malaya; and Inje University, Korea. The conference was endorsed by the IUPESM and IFMBE, along with a number of other local organizations.
