Abstract
The Society of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics of Serbia (BIMEF) was founded in late 1980s as a voluntary scientific - professional national organization consisting of qualified biomedical engineers and medical physicists with university degrees and working in alliance with medical staff in hospitals, universities, or research institutes.
