Abstract
Ever since the Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement Technique has been created, it has been considered to be one of noninvasive testing technology with extensive application prospect for its features such as safe, non-invasive, cheap, and easy to use. It has been already used in some way in clinic. However, for the research about cell and tissue level are still staying in the theoretical stage, lacking of enough data to explain and support. Aiming at the problem, the purpose of this study is to design a set of impedance measurement system for acquiring impedance spectral data of biological tissues and organs. The main research work is as following: System is based on cooperative work of Mater Terminal and Slave Terminal, the main control unit is changeable for update and development; Designed the voltage exciting unit and current exciting unit for small impedance measurement based on ADI network analyzer-AD5933;DDS technology adopted for exciting signal and clock signal generation. The core units of system were carefully studied by software simulation which gives the performance parameters for improvement.
