Zusammenfassung

Funktionelle Sexualstörungen sind Störungen der sexuelle Appetenz (Libido), der sexuellen Erregung, des Orgasmus und der Befriedigung. Die Häufigkeit sexueller Funktionsstörungen wird in der Literatur entsprechend der Erhebungsmethode und dem Jahr der Erhebung unterschiedlich angegeben. Meist wurde eine spezielle Klientel an Patientinnen von Spezialsprechsunden oder Schätzzahlen ausgewertet. Für die tägliche Arbeit in gynäkologischen Praxen und Kliniken sind die Häufigkeiten aus Durchschnittspopulationen entscheidend.
