Abstract

Thoracic back pain, while less common than cervical or lumbar pain, can cause significant disability and dysfunction. Pain in this spinal region may originate from multiple sources and comprehensive evaluation is essential for effective management. Presented are thoracic spine anatomy, thoracic back pain etiology, diagnosis, and treatment.
