Abstract
This review aims to describe prevailing concepts about periocular rejuvenation with dermal fillers. Both the lower and upper orbit must be considered in all patients. Technical considerations, filler material selection, and safety injection techniques will be discussed and demonstrated for the upper eyelid, eyebrows, temporal fossa, lower eyelid, and midface. Chemical peels as an adjunctive procedure can enhance any treatment outcome around the delicate periocular skin.
