Abstract

In this paper, we propose an Open Data Visualization System for disaster prevention and disaster reduction at the time of natural disaster. We realized visualization of open data related to disaster prevention and reduction. Moreover, we realized visualization of real-time disaster prevention information handled by disaster control headquarters. We constructed this system as a Web application system. As a result, it became possible to provide the residents with application that do not depend on the terminal environment. In addition, we adopted responsive technology in the construction of this system.
