Abstract
The differential diagnosis of solid orbital lesions includes a variety of etiologies such as neoplastic, inflammatory, granulomatous, vascular, infectious, and congenital. Sarcoidosis is one such etiology that on PET/MR imaging shows increased FDG uptake with homogenous contrast enhancement.
