Abstract
Supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma is less common than glottic laryngeal cancer and is treated differently. Evaluation of tumor extension to the preepiglottic space, thyroid cartilage, or cervical lymph nodes is important for staging, treatment planning, and prognosis. FDG PET/MR imaging is an excellent tool in the staging, restaging, radiotherapy planning, and post-therapy follow-up assessment in laryngeal cancers.
