Abstract
Endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) with the Cook Zenith or Zenith Flex Endograft is performed for symptomatic or asymptomatic aortic aneurysm greater than 5.5 cm in men and 5 cm in women with suitable anatomy.
Major differences brought to the Zenith LP compared to the FLEX include:

Lower profile (18Â F outer sheet diameter).

No topcap for the suprarenal bare stent (allowing simpler deployment and deliver system retrieval.

Stent material is nitinol versus the stainless steel for the Flex device
