Abstract

Femorofemoral bypass is performed for iliac occlusive disease in patients who failed attempts at endovascular recanalization when the contralateral side is optimal. This chapter describes indications, essential steps, variations, and complications of this procedure. It provides a detailed template operative note for the procedure.
