Abstract
Hemorrhoids are a common cause of anal bleeding, pruritus, and pain. Diagnosis of external hemorrhoids is typically easy while internal hemorrhoids may not be. This chapter guides the physician in the conservative management of hemorrhoids, especially with outpatient therapy.
