Abstract
This chapter describes in detail the surgical steps involved in dorsal for a four-corner fusion. Details of dorsal sparing capsulotomy, scaphoidectomy, decortication of articular surfaces, and four corner fusions with headless compression screws are discussed. Indications, preoperative markings, surgical steps, postoperative care, operative dictation, and suggested readings are included.
