Abstract
We are faced with the need to choose between two great models of system: one that guarantees freedom and the protection of human dignity through the rule of law and constitutional rights or another based on dirigisme and interference, in the private and public life, of powers that are not subject to public accountability and can exercise significant control over our lives. In this field, the law must take into account the ethical principles that the dignity of the person requires.
