Abstract
The 37-year-old athletic patient with ankylosing spondylitis had breast augmentation with textured, high-profile, cohesive gel implants in subpectoral pockets. Postoperatively she developed right-sided intermittent pains with Mondor’s disease, left more than right, and by 3 months had early capsule contracture on the right side with resulting deformity. Revision was suggested with changing implants and placing them in subglandular position. Revision was performed and the results were very good.
