Cosmetic Breast Cases

Abstract

This is a case of a patient who had breast augmentation and developed early rippling that became worse over time. The contributors discuss the use of mastopexy because of patient concern about postoperative breast drooping, the use of smaller or larger implants and the type of implants to be used. One year follow-up without treatment is shown.
