Abstract
The electrical findings on an electrocardiogram are influenced by many systemic aberrations affecting the heart. This chapter reviews ECG changes associated with abnormal electrolytes, those secondary to systemic diseases, and changes secondary to pharmacological agents. This chapter is a valuable resource for pediatric cardiologists and pediatricians when assessing the effect of a disease or pharmacological agent on the cardiovascular system.
