Abstract
The effects of electron-electron interaction in the case of weak coupling to the electrodes or weak coupling between the parts of the system are discussed. The Hubbard-Anderson and constant-interaction models are introduced. The model and equations for single electron tunneling and the Coulomb blockade are presented.
