Abstract

In this work we present a platform that allows educators to design and develop 3D Digital Educational Games (DEG) rapidly and easily. The games are described as combinations of four simple game archetypes, which can be played sequentially or simultaneously along different missions and episodes. This seeks to provide educators, with no prior knowledge on game design, with a comprehensive approach for describing educational game experiences.
