Abstract
This is a 9 year old child with severe arthrogryposis who initially had severe clubfoot deformities that were treated with radical posteromedial releases at the age of 2½. She developed severe recurrence of the deformity on the right side and had gradual correction of her deformities by an Ilizarov fixator and midfoot osteotomy. At the latest follow-up, she is functioning very well without braces and enjoys swimming at school. This case presents the treatment of a stiff and recurrent clubfoot treated with an osteotomy and Ilizarov application.
