Abstract

This book provides an overview and insights into what has become a robust field; the study of comorbid conditions among persons with intellectual disabilities (ID). The field is growing exponentially, and is helping professional better understand how to effectively treat people with disabilities. This chapter provides an overview of where we are at or a field and where we are likely to go.
