Abstract
The increasing use of e-mail in business, together with the need to continue to develop innovative teaching methods and to internationalize education has resulted in the development of an international e-mail debating network. This paper reports on how the e-mail debates can be incorporated into marketing courses and details some first-hand experiences of the problems and educational benefits associated with this innovative teaching tool.
