Abstract
Traditional educational methods applied in the teach in gand learning process have proven to be insufficient for children who have not achieved the expected levels of learning. Therefore, this study presents a computer game aimed at improving the knowledge level of children with low arithmetic performance. This is done by engaging the children in the game to do tasks that help them acquire the knowledge deemed necessary for their age group. This improves their self-esteem and helps to include them in the classroom activities. We conducted a test method to examine the level of learning of a group of children. Our results showed that there was an improvement in the children’s performance at the required level of arithmetic knowledge, and the children showed enthusiasm when playing the game.
