Abstract

Currently the most used noninvasive method to assess skeletal muscle performance is Electromyography. The present study, which was designed to compare between the EMG and the piezoelectric film sensor signals during different dynamic maneuvers, shows that the piezoelectric sensor can also be utilized to detect skeletal muscle contraction and fatigue.
