Abstract
Three patients are presented with late problems (fistula and pouchitis) of an ileoanal pouch anastomosis. These complications include a perineal fistula, a pouch-vaginal fistula and chronic pouchitis and frequent defecation. Diagnosis and therapeutic possibilities are discussed.
