Abstract
A 27-year-old female presented with a BMI of 37 and additional hypertension. She received a laparoscopic adjustable band. The band was inflated several times to ensure enough restriction and progressive weight loss. After a long period of ups and downs patient returned with vomiting and dysphagia.
