Abstract

The paper is devoted to the development of the Trans-European transport and logistics system (TEN-T), which provides for the establishment of communication in the near future and should take into account the advantages, disadvantages and current needs of the logistics of Europe. The goal of the development of the network is to create a transport system capable of overcoming “weak spots” and improving the use of transport infrastructure, the effectiveness of cooperation between states and security issues. An overview of the described European corridors allows a better idea of the priorities for the development of transport cooperation and individual gaps. In the conditions of a full-scale invasion of russia into Ukraine, the experience of building a transport and logistics network of European states acquires special importance and novelty, since Ukraine is shaping its European future and is oriented towards the standards of European life. Ukraine plans to implement a number of projects, which was confirmed by the European Commission in July 2022. Also, attention is focused on the development of transport communication in the direction of Moldova and to the ports of Odesa region. Large EU transport infrastructure projects should avoid delays and establish connections with Ukraine and Moldova. The practical value lies in the development of directions for the development of transport and logistics communication of Ukraine to bypass the aggressor states. This contributes to the rapprochement of Ukraine with partner states and the search for pragmatic aspects of cooperation, which will be its main result in the context of the European future despite the challenges of the war.
