Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on companies implementing the Just In Time (JIT) methodology. It examines the wide-ranging effects on enterprises, adaptive measures taken, and long-term problem-solving strategies. The study employs a comprehensive methodology, including a detailed survey and diverse research group. Four key sectors—labor, supply chain, operations, and corporate investment—were identified as significantly affected by the pandemic. Subsequently, a comprehensive situational assessment was synthesized, and a set of recommendations was developed to aid organizations in future decision-making processes. The findings and recommendations outlined in this article provide valuable guidance for organizations navigating the uncertainties and challenges posed by the pandemic, ensuring their resilience and adaptability in the post-pandemic era.
