Abstract

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based math’s education is having several technological, infrastructure-based, teacher and student-related challenges. The United States of America is the leader in the research on this topic, but the leading affiliations and sponsors are from China. This paper is based on Scopus resources and the study of major challenges by thematic and bibliometric analysis. Several promising themes for further research have been identified including research on individual challenges and working for developing optimum solutions for these challenges. Further research can be for better implementation, integration with improved access, and equality in digital education platforms for teaching and learning mathematics.
