Abstract
The Royal Project Foundation aims to provide a system architecture that can handle a larger volume of big data while also serving operational activities in the following key domains: Economics, Environment, Social and Community. To accomplish this goal, the suggested architecture combines a number of technologies and techniques, including AD, OUs, GPOs, system monitoring, and failover management mechanisms such as SQL Mirroring technology. Our system utilises the use of an Active Directory with one active directory and two domain controllers, together with Virtual Machines (VMs) that are part of the AD domain, which include a Linux server, a Windows Backup Server, a Windows Production Server, and a Windows Gateway Server, as well as Power BI service. Furthermore, the system publishes data as open data using CKAN, an open-source data management system. Overall, the suggested architecture provides a solid platform for designing systems that satisfy the needs of modern organisations.
