Abstract
The purpose of publishing this work is defined in the introduction. The arguments for publishing this history of Romanian technology and industry are listed. Then a brief history of the works in Romanian published over time in this field is presented. After which it was described how the history of Romanian technology and inventions is reflected in foreign literature.
