Abstract
Chapters 8–12 of the present book address psychosocial risks at work. The purpose of this chapter is to provide elements of understanding concerning concepts related to psychosocial risks, such as psychosocial risks, psychosocial risk factors, psychosocial disorders and psychosocial risk categories. It also discusses the stakes of assessing psychosocial risks in companies in terms of health, work performance, and legislation.
