Abstract
This paper investigates the current problems of e-commerce drivers during the pandemic and global digitalization. Digital transformation has become a tool for business diversification and competitiveness, but it is the reason for the whole business paradigm to shift toward digital reality. The several fundamental groups for contributing factor types were systematically structured based on countries and business sectors. The structured research employs the pandemic impact issue, technological innovations’ impact on the post-pandemic e-commerce economy, and the relation between infrastructural changes, social networks, and companies’ competitiveness. In this research, the authors provided the literature review based on analysis and developed indicative categorization according to the initial research objective stated by the authors. In all databases the articles were taken from, we worked on publications from Business, Computer Science, and Economics. In selecting relevant articles, we used files with criteria to provide appropriate parameters for further analysis. We have paid significant attention to identifying new trends in the literature that are discussed during pandemics. The publications for review were identified from Business, Computer Science, and Economic databases. As the preferred reporting method, we chose meta-analyses (PRISMA) for the systematic literature review. We start by explaining how the relevant journal papers were defined and then explore the limits of our review strategy, present combined infographics and focus our attention on the 73 most relevant papers. An indicative categorization of the articles was developed due to the initial research objective stated by the authors. The analysis of the reports is then presented, highlighting current significant trends in the literature and research identified categories.
