Abstract
The paper is basically concerned with optimization, static and dynamic, under imprecise (fuzzy) information. Usually, the optimization problem is formulated as the maximization (or minimization) of some utility function, for instance, some financial result of an activity, subject to some constraints on, for instance, available resources, values of decision variables, etc. This general setting, which is the essence of virtually all traditional optimization problems considered, presupposes that parameter of the problem, for instance, constraints on resources devoted to particular types of activities, are given in advance.
