Abstract

The research focus of this paper is to provide a platform for college students to participate in innovation projects based on the analysis of the characteristics of current college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects, which can realize the reasonable management and effective reuse of innovation and entrepreneurship project resources, and provide a window for the business transformation of excellent innovation projects. Based on the framework, this paper discusses the design and implementation of a set of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship resource database system with reliability, ease of use and scalability based on personalized recommendation. At the same time, in order to solve the problems of low resource utilization rate and difficulty in resource search with the increase of resource scale of innovation and entrepreneurship project resource database, the common recommendation algorithm is carried out This paper constructs a personalized recommendation model suitable for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship resource database system, which can help users quickly find the resources they are interested in.
