Abstract

A theoretical analysis of the models of inhomogeneous piezotexture, describing bending deformations in an external electric field is carried out. Preliminary studies of bending quasi-static deformations and bending vibrations, depending on temperature, surface conditions and polarization switching have been performed. Comparisons of theoretical and experimental characteristics are carried out. Estimates of the parameters of surface layers are given.
