Abstract

This scientific paper examines the effect of phenological phases of seedless varieties of grapes, yield indicators, weight and chemical composition of grape juice, weight of grapes and its mechanical composition, yield, yield of dried products, the amount of fertilizer on the tasting value of dried products. The experiments were performed on five variants in two varieties. In all of these varieties, the highest result was recorded in the third variant (N160P120K40 kg pure). When applied in large quantities of fertilizers adversely affected the biological properties of varieties.
