Abstract

Recently, more and more manufacturing companies build collaborative platforms to improve collaboration ability, so as to cope with the the high complexity and uncertainty of the industrial market environment. As a new paradigm of cooperation, collaborative networks have attracted more and more attention. The development and evolution of CN is a long process, and there are some obstacles in practical application. Current research on CN is theoretical and there is a lack of exploration in practice in terms of organizational construction and operation of manufacturing companies. Therefore, this paper uses a case study to analyze four levels: value mechanism, structural mechanism, sharing mechanism and technology mechanism, taking an actual assembly and manufacturing company as an example. The purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize the key barriers in the practice of the company through empirical investigation. And based on the mitigation measures of the case company and relevant literature studies, we have made some relevant recommendations and research ideas to address the barriers.
