Abstract
A 57-year-old female patient was rehabilitated using two zygomatic implants and four implants in the anterior area of the edentulous maxilla. The zygomatic implants were placed with guided surgery following the Ganz-Rinaldi Zygomatic Implants Protocol. The surgical guide is placed on the bone surface and always allows visual control of the drills. The protocol allows an accurate pre-surgical study of the position of the implants.
