Abstract
There are many factors involved in improving processes and outcomes in evidence-based HIT training. All these factors converge when it comes time to design training. Traditionally, designing training is all about identifying learning objectives and creating a curriculum to satisfy the learning objectives. However, this chapter is not just about designing training but about designing training for best results within the healthcare arena.
