Abstract
Nummular eczema is part of the atopic dermatitis spectrum. The typical lesions are intensively itching, coin-shaped, and localized on the lower legs. High-potent corticosteroids are the mainstay of treatment. Recently, dupilumab has been investigated as a second-line drug.
