Abstract

Male gynecomastia is a common clinical finding which can often lead to imaging workup. It is therefore important for the practicing radiologist to understand the clinical presentation and imaging appearances of gynecomastia and how these differ from the less common pathology of male breast cancer. This chapter aims to solidify a foundational knowledge of the majority of benign and malignant male breast lesions.
