Abstract

Tungsten heavy alloys have wide applications where hardness, high density, high wear, and high-temperature resistance are required. A special use for tungsten heavy alloys are inmilitary sectors. Within the advanced technologies in the production of tungsten heavy alloys, and own results of tungsten heavy alloys for special purposes are presented.

In this paper, two different tungsten alloys and their specifics from the aspect of chemical, mechanical and metallographic results are analyzed.
