Abstract
Bullying is a widespread public problem and a risk factor for mental disorders in children and adolescents. Self-report measures are a rapid and efficient way to assess bullying in children and adolescents. The Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) is the most widely used bullying self-report measure in the world. Many researchers have shown that the OBVQ is well suited to assess bullying in different ages and groups.
This chapter discusses the OBVQ and its use in studies, as well as its concept and properties.
