Abstract
There is an unlimited number of potential congenital heart diseases, and one of the most common is Tetralogy of Fallot. This type of congenital cardiac disease involves unique anatomy and physiology that requires an attentive anesthesiologist. Patients can present for cardiac and non-cardiac surgery at any point. This chapter reviews the anatomy of Tetralogy of Fallot and discusses the intraoperative anesthetic management of Tetralogy of Fallot patients.
