Abstract
This chapter will review new concepts and practices regarding clinical management of myopia in the pediatric population. This topic has garnered significant attention in the recent years with new philosophies emerging in regards to various methods to slow myopic progression in children. Several Optics topics that are discussed in other chapters of this text will have significant relevance here.
