Abstract

This chapter deals with obtaining and maintaining your medical license (recertification). Special note is made of driving under the influences. Rules vary from state to state; in California, this office is reportable to the Medical Board. More states are decriminalizing and legalizing the recreational and medicinal use of marijuana. Be aware that a gray area remains as how these laws pertain to physicians. Any positive test could your medical license at risk.
