Abstract

Facial erythematous nodules in children may have a variable origin. Here we present a 6-year old boy with a recalcitrant erythematous-ulcerated plaque of the perioral area. Clinical, dermoscopic and histological findings lead to the diagnosis of a parasitic infection.
