Abstract
The paper examines the modern technology of RPA process automation, its application in real life, connection with artificial intelligence, application features, business advantages, and demand in the future. In the paper, the real process of introducing the robot into the business activity is described and its effectiveness is shown. In addition, the main development platforms existing in the market are collected and considered. This work will be useful to people who are interested in information technology and follow popular trends in this field, and the work will be useful to those who are looking for new ways to automate and improve their business.
